Kathrine Larsen-Robert MS
FOUNDER
Originally from Copenhagen, Kathrine Larsen-Robert MS has built an exceptional career in hospitality and fine wine, working with Michelin-starred restaurants, leading London dining destinations and one of the UK's largest wine importers. In 2014, she was named UK Sommelier of the Year, following her UK Young Sommelier of the Year title and admission to the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Today, Kathrine is Group Wine Director at 67 Pall Mall, serves as Head of the Theory Panel for the United Kingdom Sommelier Academy, and is a respected judge at wine and sommelier competitions across the UK and internationally.
Clément Robert MS
CO-FOUNDER
Clément Robert MS began his career in hospitality in France before moving to the UK, where he developed his expertise at leading hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2013, he was named UK Sommelier of the Year, and in 2015 achieved the prestigious Master Sommelier title.
Having led wine programmes for renowned hospitality groups including Caprice Holdings and The Birley Clubs, Clément now brings his extensive buying, beverage and fine wine expertise exclusively to Larsen-Robert.
